
Merve Haydari
Independent Researcher & TherapistMerve Haydari is an independent researcher from Türkiye working in psychology, with a focus on developmental disorders, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She is trained in behaviour analysis and is certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), with experience supporting behavioural assessment and intervention in applied settings.
She has worked as a therapy assistant at Ananya Child Development & Early Intervention Clinic in Hyderabad, where she delivered person-centred interventions based on individual education plans (IEPs), working closely with therapists and supporting both individual and small group sessions. She later worked in patient care at ClinicExpert in Istanbul, alongside continuing her engagement in applied psychological settings.
Since 2022, she has worked as an independent consultant, collaborating directly with families of children with special needs, particularly those on the autism spectrum. Her work involves developing and supporting individualized education programs, and working with families to navigate educational and behavioural support systems.
Her interests include cognition, behaviour, and the application of psychological research to learning and development. Through her writing, she focuses on presenting psychological concepts in a clear and grounded way, with attention to how theory connects to practice.
